Pending for Aadhar seending of National Scholarship Portal for March 2015 passouts....
In continuation of the Department of
Higher Education's letter No. 1-44/2016-NS-1(NSP) dated 24.8.2016
intimating about the National Scholarship Portal made live for the
Central Sector Scheme for Scholarship for College and University
Students for 2016 Fresh and 2015 1st renewal, please find below attached the Top 20th percentile merit list of your Board for the year 2016 generated by the NIC authorities based on the XII Board Results for Academic Session 2015-16 provided to the Department of Higher Education.

You are requested to take immediate necessary action regarding issue
of advertisement, public notice and create awareness to the students
of your Board to apply in the National Scholarship Portal on or before 30.9.2016.
3.
You are also requested to contact the students and ask themselves to
enrol for Aadhaar Number if not already done, and in case of students
possessing Aadhaar Numner to get it seeded with the bank accounts so
that they get the scholarship in time.

Information regarding MHRD MERIT SCHOLARSHIP..........
1)The
top 20 percentile of the students of 2016 Intermediate pass outs are
eligible to apply for MERIT scholarship / Central Sector Scheme of
Scholarship for College and University students (CSSU) and last date for
submission of applications online in the National Scholarship Portal http://scholarships.gov.in/ is 30-09-2016.
2) Aadhar
seeding is compulsory for all existing and fresh applications and their
respective bank accounts must be linked with aadhar numbers and this is
mandatory for receiving their scholarships accurately.

Sub: B.I.E – Vocational - Academic – Extension of provisional
affiliation and
sanction
of Additional/New Courses for the academic year 2016-17 - Online
applications are invited from
the colleges imparting Vocational Courses in
the State of Andhra Pradesh –
Intimation to all the Junior Colleges in their
Jurisdiction – Reg.

All the Regional Inspection Officers, Board of
Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh are hereby informed to intimate all the Principals
& Managements of existing Vocational Junior colleges/ Junior Colleges
having Vocational Courses and the existing General Junior Colleges for Opening
of Voc. Courses for the academic year 2016-17 are permitted to submit proposals
in on-line only. Further, the
Regional Inspection Officers are also requested to issue a circular and give wide
publicity for the submission of affiliation proposals in time with all the
required documents.
Further the RIOs are hereby requested to inform
all the Principals that they should not open new courses without the prior
sanction from the Secretary, BIE, A.P. Hyderabad. Any such deviation will be
viewed seriously, which will make them liable for disaffiliation besides
imposition of penalty under A.P. Education Act and the rules made there under.
Also instruct all the Principals / Managements not to submit the proposals
directly to Board Office. Such proposals will be rejected. If BIE may accord the permission for additional/new courses, the
on-line will be opened otherwise colleges will not be allowed to fed the
admitted candidates.
The online application forms i.e., Form-II for
extension of Provisional Affiliation including sanction of Additional/New
Courses will be available in www.apbie.cgg.gov.in
in college services of BIE, AP. The
managements should invariably upload the details in online along with all the
required documents. The R.I.O in turn should verify all the applications forms
thoroughly with regards to RCC accommodation, addl. accommodation for addl./New
Courses Registered Lease Deed of building & Playground, FDR, FSC should be
in force, Approved building plan, Sanitary Certificate, Structural Soundness
Certificate, Parking area etc., as per norms and recommend to the head office
for its sanction in on-line. The RIOs concerned are requested to submit a
consolidated lists of proposals applied for extension of affiliation and
sanction of additional/new Courses separately with the list of non-functioning
colleges.
The management is directed to pay affiliation fee
by way of gateway to the on-line link
provided by cgg.
1.
Data
entry of the college details should be completed
2.
RIOs
has to login and verify the data entered by colleges and verify that the
information is correct then only it has to be freezed.
3.
After
that only college affiliation will be enabled.
4. The application fee of Rs.500/- and prescribed inspection and
affiliation fee should be paid together through on-line payment link provided
by cgg. The RIO of concerned district will reconcile
the proposals through on-line only.
The last date for on-line
applications is 30.06.2016 without late fee. The due dates with penalty are
furnished here under.
With
late fee of Rs.1,000/- upto 15.07.2016
With
late fee of Rs.3,000/- upto 30.07.2016
With
late fee of Rs.5,000/- upto 16.08.2016
With
late fee of Rs.10,000/- upto 31.08.2016
With
late fee of Rs.15,000/- upto 15.09.2016
With
late fee of Rs.20,000/- upto 30.09.2016
Further the
RIOs are informed that the fees structure i.e., affiliation fee inspection fee
which are communicated during the earlier academic years holds good.
The RIOs are
requested not to recommend for additional/new courses without sufficient
additional accommodation and the same may be informed to the management, so
that they should not make admissions in those sections which are not
recommended by TMC.
The management
who have already paid affiliation fee for the a.y. 2016-17 also directed to
upload their college particulars along with challan number in on-line. Hence
this office is making arrangements for sanction of affiliation in on-line.
